It works fine

Does all the functions I need for the remote control. The buttons are not in all the right places but you will get used to it since it's well worth the price. Original remote had 3 IR bulbs and this one has only one. I sometimes have to point the remote directly at the WD box but still it's not a big deal considering the original one was broken and useless while this one works fine.

This is not a "put in batteries and you are good to go" product as stated. I have used several sets of batteries from Heavy Duty, Alkaline, and even lithium batteries and this does not work with the WD TV Live Hub. I would return it but it's been so long I don't have the envelope it was shipped in. Be careful if trying to use this for the same purpose as me.

Before throwing in the towel on your WD Live Hub or WD TV box that seems to be acting up maybe try a remote replacement; and if you do, try this one. The remote works perfectly out of the box, no programming needed. Takes a few moments to get your muscle memory to adjust to the placement of the buttons, but other than that it's a perfectly acceptable WD remote alternative at a very reasonable price.

En diciembre del 2016, pedí un Control Remoto Universal para WD Western Digital WDBABZ5000ABK WDBABZ0010BBK, lastimosamente no tuve el tiempo para probarlo cuando lo recibí y realicé la prueba meses más tarde, cuando normalmente para un producto como éste su garantía habría terminado... casí un año después escribí una reseña en contra de este producto, pero me llevé una gran !!SORPRESA!! cuando me escribió el vendedor y me comento lo sería que era su empresa y que de inmediato me enviaría otro producto, y puedo decirles ES EXCELENTE este Control Remoto, funciona a la perfección... Gracias!!!

Stopped working after a couple months. Tried replacing batteries. Still didn't work...so it died before first battery change.

Bought it for a second generation WD media player, it works excellently.

It worked perfectly with my old WDTV Live Streaming device, which I was growing frustrated with because the original remote control buttons were losing their sensitivity. I was able to throw away the old remote and rely entirely on this replacement.

To underestimate the original this good very good for price.

I'm on my second one not because I love it, more out of necessity. A new WD remote is cheap enough, however they do not ship outside of US. This remote does do the functions of the original. I dropped the first one, and it cracked on the thinnest portion of the remote, but it still did work.
