I bought these to use with my round 5 tray dehydrator that I purchased on Amazon, but is no longer available. I was a little worried because these trays were not made for the specific brand that I had but the sizing matched up so I gave it a try. They fit perfectly. I use them to make fruit leather, and I will use them to dehydrate other liquid things They cleaned up well and were very easy to use and my fruit leather did not stick. The only bummer is that it came with 4 round liners and my dehydrator has 5 trays! I will look to see if I can buy one single lease so that I can use all five at the same time. I guess that would be my recommendation, I believe that most round hydrators do have five trays so selling them in packs of five would be great. But I'm giving these trays five stars anyway because honestly, they worked great and they got the job done!

These work great for multiple layers of the dehydrator. Works great to make homemade fruit roll-ups!

If you are interested in herbalism and natural medicines then this a fantastic tool for making concentrates and resins from extractions. My old Nesco dehydrator came with a semi-rigid plastic liquid tray which would be a nightmare to use compared to these silicone trays, plus these have a much deeper potential volume and you can run four trays at a time instead of just one. With a tray for each section of the dehydrator you can maximize the surface area of your liquid and drastically increase the speed at which your liquid dehydrates or reduces. You could also use this to concentrate or dehydrate sauces, doing this with a dehydrator will eliminate the need to stand over a stovetop reducing a liquid in a pot (which will inevitably get very messy and which always runs the risk of burning). Of course, these are also commonly used for confections like fruit jerky. Honestly the possibilities are endless and you’ll never burn the liquid that you are reducing, thickening, or dehydrating if you do it this way. These trays are made for the round-barrel dehydrators that were so common years ago, but I think these are specifically made for Nesco so if you have a unit that isn’t branded as a Nesco then check the measurements which the manufacturer provides on this listing page. Great product! Super useful and anyone who is into herbalism, cooking, hunting, etc could use a set of these (along with a matching dehydrator of course lol).

I intend to use these sheets for drying my own ginger root and the non-stick surface should preserve the dried juices better than the polyethylene sheets that came with my old dehydrator. Those sheets were easy to clean but held the dried juices making them unrecoverable. The silicone surface should make more of the essence recoverable.

These are amazing trays for making fruit leather. The lip is substantial so you can make thicker leather. They peel away easily too. This is one of the leathers I made from my summer tomatoes. So good!

I've been making and canning fruit juices recently and didn't want to just toss the fruit solids. I've had a Nesco round dehydrator collecting dust and decided to put it to use! I didn't have any solid sheeting to put into the machine so I went ahead and bought these silicone sheets. There was no smell when I first opened. Initially they seemed super flimsy because the primary disk is fairly thin, but that makes sense after use to make sure it's not taking up necessary space. These disks have 1/4" outer and inner rims. After i blended the fruit solids to a somewhat consistent texture I put in a layer that went up to the rims and had these running for 12 hours and had no issue with removing the fruit leathers. I'm looking forward to using these more often!

They fit perfectly in my Nesco American Harvest dehydrator. I just dehydrated six dozen eggs. It made 3 1/2 pints. Next week I am going to do another 5 dozen eggs. After they dried completely, I added oxygen absorbers to each jar. The dehydrated eggs came off the mats very easily. They are very easy to clean.

Used the silicone sheets to dry red clover. They kept the mess limited when the tiny flowers fell apart. If you use your dehydrator a lot, you should have a set of these. They would be extremely useful for making fruit leather.

Good quality, sturdy pieces. They lay flat in the tray and with the lip, I’m able to dehydrate milk, bone broth, eggs and more

I have a dang near ancient Open Country dehydrator that I got as a gift about 15 years ago. I still use the thing all the time, but recently started looking for was to make my life easier with it. I never really made any fruit leather stuff because my dehydrator only included 2 hard plastic liquid trays and they are AWFUL! These silicone ones are literally a god send though. They fit my dehy PERFECTLY, are stupid easy to clean and the raises edge makes it so easy to fill. I use an angled cake icing knife to smooth the top down after it's filled and it absolutely perfect. I'm DEFINITELY buying another set (or two!)

These didn’t fit in my dehydrator trays. I trimmed off the raised outside edge and now the rest neatly on my fruit leather trays. They work amazingly now.
