Very secure & non irritating
These are perfect for what I need. I have had an infection in the same spot on my face on and off for a long time and I have to put the medicine on it and cover it. So I cut a small piece of gauze and cut these into 4 pieces, which is a little larger than the gauze and if applied properly and not gotten wet it will stay on for I know 3 days, probably longer. And without any irritation to the healthy skin it is covering. Does not hurt at all to pull off...and this is on my face! Bandaids would irritate my healthy skin, itch horribly and hurt super bad when I pulled them off and usually left another area to get infected. I have been dealing w this for 5 years and have tried literally everything and these are by far the best way to cover gauze or I even use them to give extra strength to band aids on my kids.

Use for Securing Pain Patch
My pain patches don't have the best adhesion alone. Especially when I take bubble baths. I can soak for hours and not lose adhesion.And...I can write the application date right on it with a sharpie so I don't have to try to remember which day I need to replace it.Finally, and perhaps most importantly, it's a breeze to remove. About as painful to remove as paper tape!

1st time using this product. good. Used most of them to give a fair shot.
So water proof, not really. Has moisture go underneath it. My infusion set actually required to use two. Made the coverage tougher.Adhesion worked well during first wearing it. After a few hours, it looks like my photo posted. Also seem to get my skin with red sores because of moisture.Absorbacy,- as said above, requires two or I feel the infusion moving. Also the moisture is uncomfortable.I wear my infusion set for 2 days.As for removing, that has no issues with me.Now know for some, it may work better. Just for me, never happening again. Before someone says to use a skin tac wipes, get a rash by it. So again, not for me. I have to try another. Anyone trying, good luck.Note: when it's applied to your skin, as you peel the paper off, use your finger smoothing it out. Don't just peel it. Otherwise it will look like the photo. Just a heads up. Good luck.

Works well
A bit to big still for my babies face but cutting them in half worked out fine and they last a while and aren't to harsh on his face to take off

Best protection for my medication patches
I’ve worn a medication patch for years. A good portion of that time had been spent worrying about the patch falling off and not being as effective as it should be due to not sticking as well as it should. After years of having messy medical tape on my arms that didn’t help keep the patches on very effectively, my dr recommended buying some sort of cover for the patch. I tried the Tegraderm patches first and they worked much better than the medical tape, but they still lifted quite a bit around the edges. I found these waterproof patches and decided to give them a try. I was a little concerned because the price was so much better than the Tegraderm patches, but much to my surprise, they work so much better! I don’t worry about my patches falling off anymore. These are amazing!

This is a keeper.
For some time, Amazon only offered one manufacture's product of this type (3M) of dressing, and now there are several alternatives to that excellent product. I tried three of the alternatives and this is, in my opinion, equivalent to the 3M product in adhesiveness (maybe even a little better) and ease of use. Will buy more in the cheaper larger quantity.
