Pickboy Pos-a-Grip, Red, Polycarbonate, 0.70mm, 10 picks

This is a unique pick and provides a great tune with out the typical slippage I only wish they came in different colors

Play nicely on guitar and mandolin. However, the raised printing gets caught on the strings. Also, these picks are 1.2 mm in the center and 1.05 mm at the tip. After using a Dremel tool to remove the lettering I find these play well. I’d like to try thinner ones if they had them without the lettering.

this pick is not as robust as the carbon/nylon version of the same. it also feels a lil plasticy at least to my taste. however it is lighter and quicker (dare I say more accurate?). if you can get use to the feel of it and take the time to practice with it, this pick can be as accurate as you want it to be. if you Shred this is one of the 'must-have' picks that is certainty worth a try.

The holes work fine but the writing under the holes stands proud of the surface and therefore catches on the strings making the pick useless to me. I have had to sand them down to make them smooth.

When I decided to pick up the guitar again at 61, I wanted to try some picks with some sort of grip surface on them. I ordered 5 different brands and styles here on Amazon to test them out. The Pickboy Pos-a-grip is my new favorite pick. The holes provide more edges to grip without adding bulk. If you are looking for a better grip, give these a try.

Thicker and harder than I expected. I prefer the blue ones as they are medium, and what I've used for years. .

I bought these picks while searching for another Pickboy product which I could not find. The unique Pos-a-Grip feature makes it ideal for those guitarists who scatter picks on the stage while playing because they couln't hang on to the durn things! I use the 1.0 mm thickness, which is a good sturdy pick. I also like its color, making it easier to find if I DO manage to lose it! Good product!

Feels good in hand. With the right amount of pressure pick will stay where you want it. Makes for good tone. I recommend buying these picks.
