It works great!
This little staple-less fastener is really cool and is saving me lots of staples. I think that companies that still deal with paper should invest in these for your employees. It's easy to use, and the little fold is attractive. It only holds up to 5 sheets, and more would be nice, but overall, it's exactly what I needed. Staples add a little weight to mail, which adds to the postage and this little baby holds everything together very nicely.

Really easy to use and works!
This is great because you can use it as easily as a stapler, but if it's papers you will shred you don't need to remove staples. Been using it for about a month now and really like it. Haven't had any problems with it at all.

No staples!
I hate metal staples, have had too many go into my fingers. Love this gadget. Wish it could go through more sheets. Advertised to go through 5 sheets but anything more than 3 gets stuck, hence the 4 stars.

Perfect for Work
This is perfect for what I need it for at work. If the document can afford a puncture hole in it & you’re trying to be more environmentally friendly, this is the perfect little gadget. I use it to staple sheets of 20lb. copy paper & after 5 sheets, the stapler begins to struggle so I wouldn’t recommend trying to staple anything more than that. It creates a little tab that inserts into itself & it holds together pretty well. A great alternative to wasting metal staples.

Handy Tool
This has been a great option for my situation. I work in a detention facility and we are not able to use staples for security reasons. I have used this with both regular loose leaf paper as well as standard computer paper. Both have connected well and seem to hold well enough for our purposes. It has worked for attaching two pages of computer paper together as well as 5 pages. I have not tried more than 5 sheets of notebook paper, but it may work for a page or two more since it is a little thinner than computer paper.

Paper Feed Not Deep Enough
I have used a stapless stapler for years and loved it because it was an easy way to attach papers without all the bulkiness of a metal staple. When mine broke, I had to find a replacement. This stapler is very sturdy, but it doesn't allow the paper to enter in far enough leaving the "staple" too close to the edge of the paper. Many times I have to add a second, or even third, "staple" because it would tear through the edge of the paper. To add an extra 1/2" to the feed would solve the problem and is such an easy fix. Why they would design this one with such a shallow feed is beyond me. The only thing that this one has over others is that it can "staple" 5 sheets of paper.

Guilt free recycling
We go through quite a bit of paper at my work and I find that this way, I can keep the packets of paper together without having to go through the trouble of stapling them, then to remove the staples when I recycle the paper. Seems to hold up pretty well up to 5 pieces, you'll have to remove it from the stamper carefully though. It does a nice little tuck and fold to keep them together.

Waste of $$, plain and simple.
I have no idea why this gets such great reviews. It doesn't hold paper together well, it puts big holes in the paper, and then it jams up with paper after only a few uses. Now, to be honest, if I had read the reviews closely I would have seen this and not ordered it, but that does not change the fact that this a not so great product even as advertised. When would a person ever want big holes in their paper? I truly don't understand. I got this for my 5 year old son so that he would stop using up all of my staples on his "creations" and even he was not impressed at all. Not even a little bit. He was so excited at first, then he tried it out and looked up at me like "this is lame, Mom." At least he was polite enough not to say it out loud :), but it was written all over his face. Now I'm out $10 and need to look for the ones that only crimp the paper together, instead of putting holes in it. As far as an adult using this in any practical work setting, all I can say is if you're going for an amateurish look on any kind of handouts for a work meeting, use this product.

works fine - good buy

This stapler is really cool! It’s obviously not going to completely replace a regular one for all applications, but for many things it works fine. If something really needs to be well attached, you can just use this a few times right beside each other to give some extra hold (as seen in one of my pictures). It claims to be able to do up to five pages at once, and in my experience this is true. My pics/video are with 4 small pieces of paper. Also even though there’s no staple, there’s some kind of mechanism in here that makes a satisfying click noise when you’ve pressed hard enough as a signal to release. This is nice because it seems to be important to press down firmly all the way, otherwise it doesn’t work properly.

Works really well for holding small amounts of paper together without staples. Feels high quality and well made, sturdy. We use it to attach credit card receipts to sales receipts, saves a lot of staples which can add up. Also less worry about shredding stuff down the line, easier on the blades even if they can handle staples, don't have to remove for those that can't take them. Bought a second one almost right away! Not for bigger stacks of documents or super thick papers though, works best for 2-5 sheets of standard paper I'd say.
