Bob's Red Mill Yellow Corn Flour, 22 Oz

Best gluten free flour on the market in my estimation.

I made cornbread muffins with this corn flour and they turned out great. I added some almond flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. The flavor is very good. I like that there's nothing bad in the corn flour.

It's Bob Red Mill, what's not to like? I LOVE corn FLOUR, not cornmeal. It is much better for frying gluten-free. Bob's is the only mill that makes real corn flour. Thank you Bob's Red Mill!

I live in Houston, TX. the fourth largest city in America, very multiracial with many ethnicities; however, some things are hard to find for purchase. Corn Flour is one of those things. Since I love to cook and bake it has been a thorn in my side finding corn flour for use in Cajun and Indian cooking. I discovered the hard way you can't substitute cornmeal and running cornmeal through the food processor works but is a pain. VOILLA! Bob's Red Mill, via Amazon, has provided this and other obscure flours--I also needed Chick Pea flour which I didn't know existed. I made a recipe from Chetna Makin's 30 Minute Cookbook (also got it on Amazon) for a batter fried fish with Indian spices which called for corn and chick pea flours. It was well received, to say the least.

I have been well pleased with Bobs Corn Flour for years now. I have not purchased this for some time, but I used to purchase on a regular basis, and will again. I had so many uses for this flour and the quality is impeccable. I am very pleased with the brand and the quality of this corn flour, especially in regards to other brands.
