I like the black shorts with the three stripes. Who makes them?.

3 stripes is usually associated with Adidas.

If i normally use l, will l be okay? and do they get smaller?

They do not shrink but I also hang dry them.

Is the arms tight? I’m 5’9 160 i’d like tight medium or small? Fairly muscular but lean.

You have 30 pounds on me and I think the arms catch "nicely" at a medium. If you want a spandex type fit i would say small but I have 2 of these in medium and they are a very good fit.

Is this for the purchase of 3 shirts or one? I can't tell.

I received 3 shirts as depicted in the picture.
