The melted part outside the wrapper had hardened.

I had started to get crepey looking skin .It It run in my family.I start using this for a month and could and could really tell a big difference. My skin started looking younger and more raidentiant. I have now been a customer for six months and will continue to use this product. I can not tell you the difference this product has made for me. It's fabulous!!

Recommended by a friend and easily found it, but melted and crusty upon arrival. Had to be broken apart and carefully peeled open, losing the hard crusty wasted parts before finding the chewy part inside the foil.The product, is tasty and chewy and easy to take, but I do not know if sitting on a warm shelf or on a doorstep in Summer affects its efficacy.

If these are purchased during the summer expect they will be melted. They ooze out their wrappers and stick together in the package. It may have an impact on their chemical composition.

Let me be blunt and say that I purchased these because I love eating candy everyday, but want to feel less guilt about it. At least with these, I might be doing something good for my body to help offset the candy eating. Same reason I buy gummy vitamins.I've been using these for about 2-3 weeks and I'm not sure I can tell a difference in my skin, hair, or nails... at least not yet. But they taste great! Unlike some other reviewers, mine were not stale or hard. They are perfectly chewy, like taffy. Fruit punch flavored, non-salty taffy.Honestly, as long as they end up providing me even the slightest physical benefit, I'm probably going to order them again simply because it allows me to factor candy into my morning routine. And what's not to love about that?

These arrived just as fresh as I've gotten them in stores. Yes, they are a pinkish brown color, not the color on the package, but I prefer natural food coloring and they're the same color if you buy them at GNC, though GNC seems to have replaced them with their own brand of overpriced chews with a fraction of the collagen. They have a strong tropical punch flavor that I happen to enjoy, I'm puzzled by the people who complain about this. Best of all, they're easy to digest and are helping to curb my hair loss from health issues. This combination of collagen, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin c is difficult to find and very effective, and I'm so happy to have it in a tasty chewable form. Shipping was very fast and the product was very fresh.

Like another review stated these STICK TO YOUR TEETH. I don’t eat chewy candy so I had a really hard time eating these. The sugar content is really high for vitamins as well when you consider the allowable daily sugar content- 4 soft chews are equal to 8 g of sugar. (Daily intake for women is limited to 25 g and men 36 g.) I've taken these for about a month and every time I eat them I have to scrape them off of my back teeth. I’ve also gotten a cavity from these on my back tooth. I practice very good oral hygiene but didn’t realize that the sugar content was so high. Every time the chew was stuck to my back teeth it was equivalent to me sucking on a mint or cough drop for a long period of time. I haven’t had a cavity since I was a kid...many moons ago. I think the concept of taking collagen supplements is beneficial but just not in this form. I will try the collagen gummies next time or the Fresh Mint Chocolate version of these. I would also challenge the manufacturer to make a sugar free equivalent of these.. vitamins don’t have to taste good… and these are just okay despite the high amount of sugar.

These are not quite what I expected. They're not the pretty jewel-tone red shown on the package - they are a brown caramel color as you can see in the attached photo. The flavor is strange, somewhat fruity but with an undertaste that is not entirely pleasant (might just be my palate). Also they are not "soft" chews as indicated - at least the two packages I received aren't - they are rather hard and sticky like taffy. If you have crowns or other teeth problems, you may want to consider another product. I will suck it up and use them, and will post an updated review with my results again after a month or so.
