Bliss Chamois Cream for Women,(4oz/120ml)

As a professional horse rider with such bad genital chafing it was both affecting my ability to ride well and my general comforter after leaving the barn I was desperate for something better than Vaseline and this stuff absolutely delivered.It has a gentle cooling/tingling sensation, light but pleasant smell, and helps both to soothe existing damange and prevent further wear and tear.Yes it's considerably more expensive than Vaseline, but I like the more sanitary squeeze bottle, and while I still have to reapply every few rides it doesn't leave that sort of wet feeling Vaseline does, the effect is better and lasts longer than Vaseline, and it doesn't leave those embarrassing grease stains around the crotch of my pants like Vaseline did.I use it all up around my privates, and has taken my labia chafing from burning, stinging pain to non-existent. I would highly recommend this to anyone who finds themselves a uncomfortable in the saddle, even if it's not that bad. You only need a little and you deserve to live a life free from genital chafing.

I'm a female cyclist in my late 50s averaging 150 biking miles per week. Chaffing has always been a problem for me over the years. I had heard of this product for men but didn't know there was a female version so based on the reviews here I gave it a try. I use it on the chamois and nether regions and I have found it very useful on daylong rides. I used it when completing a 65 mile road ride recently and was surprisingly comfortable. There is a cooling sensation on the skin which I found pleasant but each person is different. The product does what it says and I use it every ride now.

Used to use the stuff with Mineral Oil till I found out a] how bad it is for the chamois in my shorts, and b] how bad it is for me! Tried a bunch of "natural" creams only to be disappointing. Had heard of this one from David Zabriski but the price tag always kept me away. Found it here at a great price so I bought it. Best money I ever spent! This chamois cream has saved my butt literally. I wore some shorts that had a horrible chamois and forgot to use chamois cream. Ten miles into a 30 mile ride I knew I was going to pay for my choice. Little did I know how much. I was on a three day ride, and had saddle sores on day one. The DZ Nuts Bliss kept everything to a minimum and actually helped heal everything by day three. Used it all day long for complete comfort and rapid healing. So impressed I bought a second tube- won't leave home without it!

Fantastic product. Didn't realize I needed this, but when I started riding more often, I started to get sore in my nether region. Before it became unmanageable, I decided (upon recommendation) to try this stuff. I don't use it for short rides (50 miles or less), but i won't do a century ride without it. Reduces chafing and irritation. To me the most important component of the bike is a good, comfortable seat, so using this product is a plus! Definitely recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. I am a cyclist and a friend of mine introduced me to this cream a few years ago and it is a totally game changer. I had been using Vaseline but wasn’t doing all the things I needed. This cream last so long and helps with all things cheffing. I did my first long ride of the season yesterday and am so glad I remembered to use this. Other friends were complaining about areas of rubbing after the ride and I was feeling good. Great product

This really works for chafing from cycling.

I'm a very sweaty distance runner (formerly) and racewalker (currently). I pretty much always chafe between the cheeks on my long distance days. I've tried body powder, anti-chafing powder gel, petroleum jelly, and Body Glide, and none of them last, so I always end up sitting gingerly for a couple days after. BUT(T)! Not with this! I just got it before a race weekend where I had a 5k Friday, a 10k Saturday, and a half-marathon Sunday. In each case, but especially for the half, it was very hot and humid. I was soaked with sweat. I put this stuff on every day before its races, and I had NO CHAFING. NONE. What! It's amazing! This will be part of my training and race routine from now on. I need to get a little travel bottle to put some in so I can take it in my carry-on for travel races. I'm not doing distance without it!
