I have happily chased down Nisioisin's work ever since I stumbled over his animae shortstory series "Koyomimonogarari"during an engine breakdown in california inlate 2011. Funny , shocking, irreverant, plot twists in the midst of brain teasing banter, never bothering to follow any rules of writing or social mores. I loved it. This story is more serious than most of His translated work. A true gem. The art was stunning in its gritty realism while blending in a dreamlike quality. Flawless!

This is the final volume. All is revealed, other directions are explored, and it ends with some great twists. I hadn't realized until now that it was a light fiction adaptation.
