Size - confusing on ordering.. i am usually size 12- 14 trousers and 16 top due to bust measurements, i went for a 3xl on measurements of my mid section.It fits fine but i can slide on and off over my head with a wiggle over bust area this is with zip up and on tightest hook fittings, i feel i need smaller for my desired result, material stretches well. Would better be sold at 12 - 14 size structure than xl 2xl 3xl etcMaterial and lookLovely stretchy comfortable material, well made and will re order smaller size.Looks nice tooValue for money - superbDelivery - very fast - sooner than expectedOverall , very pleased with product and i will definatly re order once finances allow. Went with a 2xl, usually wear size 16/18 but like my clothes baggy, went according to my measurements of 36in. Can use on the tightest setting and still be comfortable. Soft material giving the ability to move, but still be supportive. I suffer with back pain and this helped eased it wearing for long hours working as a chef.However after a week of use, I feel it has already stretched and is not as supportive of the back as the first week.

I bought this as I am getting married and have piled on the pounds during lockdown. I am a solid size 14 and bought the 12 to 14. I did have to pull hard on it to get the hooks in but I did manage. There are loads of hooks all the way up the front so they take the strain well and then there's a zip to keep everything in place and hide the hooks with another hook at the top of it to keep it from slipping back down. The arm straps keep it in place really well. There is boning in the back only so no poking into ribs or lumpy bits. Material is robust with stretch in it. It hasn't become saggy over the last week of wear so standing up to my curves quite well so far. Other reviewers said about how comfortable it is and I was sceptical but it really is. And another reviewer said how it had helped her back pain and it really does. I've a pinched nerve in my lower back and the pain in my back disappears when I wear this although I do still have a touch of sciatic pain in my backside . I've given it a few days of wear before reviewing so I could see if it started to get uncomfortable but it hasn't. I slept in it last night unintentionally and had no trouble sleeping. Don't panic when putting it on for the first time as I felt constricted and wasn't sure if I'd be able to breathe but, honestly, this feeling disappears quite quickly.

I had a baby 4 weeks ago - hate my mum tum and gained some weight! I’m now a size 16 - ordered a Xl and omg no even close to do up! I thought I’ll give it a go! 1. Painful to put on as so so tight 2. Skin tight 3. Could not breathe 4. When I sat down the whole thing rolled up!!!! I think I would need a xxxl in order to fit ok!!!! Stupid sizes!

I ordered a 3XL and I am a size 18-20. It was very tight and crumpled in the small of my back which caused some discomfort and pain, so I'm not sure how it's meant to help with pain... 🤷🏽‍♀️ Maybe I'm confused 😕Best way to describe it - It's similar to a corset, where your breasts are scooped up under your chin and your stomach cinched in like a v*g*na having a contraction. Like I said: uncomfortable. Getting in it was no easy task I tell you! I had to waft my hair out of my face as I tried to look beyond my cleavage to pull the fasteners together, while tucking my gut in and trying to find the hooks in the mirror. After all that cafuffle, I'd got quite a sweat on!I noticed my belly was hanging out the bottom because it quite literally had no where else to go 🤷🏽‍♀️ and my side boobs were hanging over the sides you could quite literally compare them to the dangling ears of a bloodhound. That being said... If I looked straight on at myself in the mirror and tucked my arms in to hide my side boobage I'd reckon it lifted a few things... But not comfortably. I found out just how uncomfortable when I tried to drive to the gym wearing it. I could barely drive because I couldn't see over my own breasts... I couldn't look down because my breasts were definitely in the way and my gut was tucked in so tight I felt like I had to sit with an arched back... Which actually helped the crumpling in the small of my back. No pain, no gain ladies!

It's the Best ever Waist Trainer I ever bought. It fits well gives me the hour shape I was so looking for and very very long time, its very comfortable. I wear it always now so I'm losing more Wight quicker as I sweat more. I feel better of my Backproblems and my Posture is Upstraight now. This is my first time purchasing a waist trainer. I read the reviews which were mostly positive and reading the customer reviews were useful to give me an idea wether this this product was worthy and reliable enough to buy to help me find the right waist trainer - AND IT IS AS I LOVE IT!! One thing that drew me towards this particular waist trainer was the two layers - it has the adjustable 3 row of hooks and a zipper up for security therefore I feel very secured. Most of the other waist trainers I saw did not have this feature. I received my waister trainer which arrived very quickly and I’m so satisfied with this product. The material is very soft and super comfortable and true to size! I hope to buy purchase more items from this brand :)
