This set is an amazing value, sorted and packaged with care. As an adult bringing my children into the game I enjoyed as a kid, two of these 1000 packs and two of their 101 Rares packs have gotten us going from scratch. Watching their eyes light up at the massive assortment of cards in this box was worth every penny.As some other reviewers have stated, you're not going to get rich pulling high-dollar collectables out of these sets- that's not the point. What you get is enough perfect-condition cards from all years and sets to build deck after deck after deck.Do keep in mind that you will need to buy more lands separately if you are starting from zero like we were; this has 10 of each basic land if I recall correctly. The official MTG Land Station can give you more than enough for cheap.

The short version is that I felt like I got solid value for the price and will probably buy another one down the road!I got back into magic a few years ago during the pandemic and have been almost exclusively playing limited / drafting. I bought a few boxes of draft boosters for some of the recent sets and after about 2 years of drafting the packs I've started to construct some cubes. I bought this big block of cards + 100 rares from the same vendor to help fill in some of the cubes and I would say it did the trick quite well! I'm happy with what I got for what I paid. I could see this wouldn't quite scratch your itch of you play constructed or are looking for cards to resell, but for building cubes and commander I think this is pretty solid. Like other reviews have said, the box came as advertised in terms of number of rares and planeswalkers. I even got a few extra rares on top! The colors aren't perfectly balanced and there are dups but not an annoying amount. Like I said up top, I'll probably buy another one when I start building my next cube.

I’d have to say this is most likely the best card lot purchase I’ve made. The rares/mythic rare and foils combined are worth the cost of the purchase alone. Plus they gave an additional 100 cards. I’ll definitely be buying many more lots once they have a chance to clear same stock. I couldn’t see more than maybe 4 copies of cards so I got at least 300+ unique (not counting rare/mythic/foil cards).

Easy to use, plenty of sortable space and lots of unique draws however the total value of the box is not very much considering on average the amount of duplicates was about 15% but every duplictated card had about 6-8 duplicates. There were some rare duplicates but they were pretty good cards. If you like to spend time with different types of cards and want somewhere to maybe find some random add for a commander deck this is pefect but dont hope for any single card wirth more then 1.30 either way really good box and would suggest to others to buy atleast onceIf you want a quick collection its goodDont expect alot of standard cardsAll old cards are OK nothing all that amazing even on the low end of costI got like 5 legendaries all mono colored~8 mythics (all super cheap, 1 duplicate) and a good amount of rares (2 rare planes walker and 1 uncommon).Best for player just starting in edh or modern needed some low quality trades and good base for a simple deck building kit. May need to buy lands and commander seperate but id wait until after looking through the box first.I was able to build 3 decks out of this so-far only buying staples like reliquary tower, sol ring, and my commanders (and lets not forget the ozelith for the counter deck) outside of what this box provides

Great product! As advertised, for the most part. Lots of multiples, but only 2 cards came with more than 4 (received 5 each of those 2). Mythical and rares were low value, of course, but that’s to be expected.My only issue is that my box only came with 43 lands - it had no swamps in it at all. Land packet contained 11 plains, 10 mountains, 10 forests, and 10 islands. There was one random forest and one random mountain interspersed with the rest of the cards (looked like somebody opened 2 packs and grabbed the rares, then ditched the rest of the packs in there - 15 cards in a row from the same set including a token both times). But no swamps. And an ironically disproportionately large collection of black cards in the box, which I found kind of funny. Wasn’t the end of the world - I played magic 20+ years ago and still have most of those cards, so I had usable swamps. That was my only issue though.With that said, I will probably buy another one anyway, because it really is a great value and got my collection kicked off nicely. There’s just so dang many different common and uncommon cards out there, I naturally find myself wanting cards for my decks I don’t have yet!

Love the cards, but did anyone get extra cards in the mail? There's these 2 or 3 companies that are sending me extra cards. And I was wondering what that's all about. I'm not paying for these extra cards am i these rare cars that come in sleeves. Or are they gifts Also I got a lot of duplicate cards and most of the cards are all old cards And i'm a little mad that I got all duplicate cards.

Good cards if you are just starting. Lots of variety.

i received 1031 cards with 292 repeats. As described, includes 4 Planeswalker, 4 Mythics, 15 Foil, 15 Rares and 50 basic lands in a separate pack. I found additional 4 Foils and 4 Rare in the cards lot, plus 73 uncommon
