Powerful tap
Seems to deliver more oomph than our old tap. Cheaper than our old one and looks great.

Good quality not quite as tall as expected
Its not quite as tall as I would have liked but it is high quality and solidly made and makes the sink look different. The taps are very smooth and easy to operate the flex connections make it easy to install but you probably still need to buy a box tap spanner set to connect it properly to the sink.

Easy to turn on
This tap looks good. Is a nice height for filling drinks bottles and kettles. The tap is easy to turn on especially if you have arthritis.

Lasted two years
The tap looks of good quality and worked well for two years, but has started to drip. I'm buying a more expensive replacement which will hopefully last for longer.

Fits perfectly.
I ordered this on Tuesday on the basis that it would be with me the following day and it was delivered on schedule. The tap itself was fine and easy to fit.

No useable
This product was not fit for purpose as once fitted the hot water tap would not shut off the water flow. To dismantle the inner workings was impossible as the fittings were too tight to unscrew. Therefore this product was unusable

Nice tap but dont belive in 10 years warranty
The tap looks very nice, and I like it, but I don't believe in the 10-year warranty. It started to leak after 2 years, and they offered me a valve to replace it myself, which I would have to wait 3 weeks to be delivered, or a discount to buy a valve. I am not a plumber to fix valves, and I can't wait for 3 weeks with a leaking tap, so I just bought a new one.
