Worked out perfect for my daughter!

I read the other product reviews for this frame. I saw that many reported good quality for the price, while others complained about warpage, the metal tabs, poor squareness, glass problems, paint blemishes, etc. I also noticed that all of the different frame size reviews are lumped into one large group but there is a Web site tab option to isolate just the size of your frame. I had one of the very positive experiences. The 12” x 18” frame arrived safely in a large, sturdy box with ample bubble-wrap inside to prevent any damage to the frame. The frame and glass (not plastic) were in great shape. It is well-made and aesthetically pleasing. I took my photo in & out about six times to get it positioned just the way I wanted it. The frame withstood my repeated handling with no problems at all. It looks great all together and I’m very happy with it! There surely are other frames commercially available of better quality at much higher prices. In fact, they can get downright EXPENSIVE! If you seek professional, fine art quality, then I suggest you dig much deeper in your wallet and select a different frame. If you, like me, are looking to nicely frame a picture without spending a boatload of money and can tolerate some very minor imperfections, then I recommend this frame!

I really like this product. It is well made and fits as expected. The reason I give it 4 stars is because there were multiple small scratches on the glass, and an obvious nick in the frame, which was not only a dent but also a scrape through the frame's paint so the surface beneath the paint was visible. I couldn't fix the dent but was able to cover up the scrape with a black marker, and have aligned the frame so that the nick falls below the eye line. Once the picture was in place in the frame the scratches were no longer visible to the naked eye. This review is basically a caution to customers to inspect the product received to discern whether it is worth the hassle of going through the return process. I personally didn't bother with it. I would definitely purchase the product again. It really is a nice looking frame, but had the nicks and scratches been much more significant I would have returned the product and would not have repurchased it from the same distributor again. By the way, the product was packaged very well for delivery so the damage did not happen during delivery but possibly during storage, or during to delivery to the distributor and before the distributor sent it to me. Nevertheless, the onus is on the distributor to ensure quality prior to resale.

I snagged this picture frame back in 2021 to house my husband's drink and cocktail scratch-off poster. Used to be the star above our bar in the old place, but we're still figuring out its new forever home.Is it worth it for the price:Definitely! This frame comes with real glass, not the plastic stuff. A total surprise that blew my mind when I realized it as maybe I did not read the description very diligently before I made the purchase.Positives:This frame means business—it's got that real glass action for your art, photos, and posters. And durability? Three moves deep and not a scratch to brag about.Neutral:It's a bit on the heavier side, thanks to its high-quality built. Skip the command strips unless you're into a floor full of shattered dreams (and glass).Negatives:Switching out the art is a bit of a puzzle. Using it for my husband's scratch-off poster means frequent removal, and I wish there was a more user-friendly way to do it. You will also most likely need to figure out how to install your own painting wire as it does not come with a very straightforward way to hang.Overall:This frame is a superstar, beating my expectations without breaking the bank.

I have paid twice as much for frames that are twice the size and half the quality with cheap plastic! This frame is amazing and well worth the price, with professional style hanging hooks and beautiful wood and glass. (I'm not sure if it's real glass because I made a point not to touch it, but it looks nicer than the panels in my frames which I know are plexiglass so at the very least it's high quality material.)Pros:- High quality appearance- Simple closures on the back- True to size- Hanging hooks in the style often used for artCons:- Quite heavy, so I don't want to install it on drywall- Catches fingerprints easily on the frameOverall, I'm very happy with this frame! It looks great with my small poster, though I'll have to get the proper hardware to hang it. I usually use a command hook, but my other poster frames have the little bar to hang with on the back instead of the eyelets.Packaging was very efficient with thick layers of foam on all sides and front/back inside a box labeled fragile.

Good quality frame, impressive for the price point

Not much to say here. This is a decent 12”x18” frame at reasonable price ($21.99 at time of my purchase). Quality appears fine...there’s no obvious flaws or defects in the frame. The frame has a clean, sleek and contemporary aesthetic and is elegant in its simplicity. The glass cover provides good protection for whatever is underneath. My Def Leppard tour poster fits perfectly and will hang on my wall for posterity’s sake. I would buy again and have no hesitation recommending to others.* Helpful votes always appreciated *

I disliked how the glass wasn’t intact, making it a frame with no cover, offering no protection for my poster that I wish to mount.

This size of frame (8.5x14) is harder to find… solid frame, wooden. Did the trick for what I needed it for. Came well packaged. I’d order it again for this size.Liked that it was wood. Would have like other wood colour options as opposed to white.
