Will this fix the “err 01” message on the incubator?

Hi, It could but it is not a sure thing. Could you let us know what your incubator does or does not do? When you do a factory reset, what is the result? (unplug the unit from the electrical power, hold the set button and simultaneously plug the unit back in.
