First note... These are made of a firm, but lightweight, plastic. This means there is a chance they will be damaged in shipping. It doesn't mean the containers are not sturdy enough for everyday use though. They are and I am very happy with them. I would expect one to break if you dropped it on a tile floor, but I would expect the same from any plastic canister.Into the details... I am loving these. I ordered both this set and the set with 6 medium containers from the same seller, and I am so happy with how well they organize my pantry and baking supplies. The seals do a great job. The lid clamps can take a little getting used to, but that is because the seal must compress slightly to create the best seal. Take a moment to settle the lid correctly before clamping the flaps, and it becomes very easy.This set is perfect for larger things like flours, sugar, and smaller baking goods like powdered sugar, etc. The 6 set by the same seller is a perfect size for slightly large bulk storage. Rice, beans, cereal, pasta, and other grains fit perfectly.With both, I have organised most of my pantry perfectly! I will probably looking for a set of slightly smaller containers like this for snack stuffs.Very happy.

I did expect these to be a little sturdier. The plastic is a little flexible. I don't know that they are completely airtight because as soon as I put my brown sugar in one it got a lot of moisture in it and got clumpy. I never had a problem with clumpy brown sugar before that. They do look nice though and for the most part do their job.

I'm very impressed with the quality & value of this storage set. I looked at many other's over a week before I finally decided to get this set. I needed something sturdy this looked nice but could hold a good amount of ingredients. In the flour storage bin i was able to fit 2 5lb bags of flour & in the sugar bin i was able to fit 2.5 4lb bags of sugar. The smaller bins with the chocolate chips i was able to fit 11.5oz 6 bags in each bin. I store the bins stacked on top on each other on top of my refrigerator to keep them off my counter & out of my pantry for more room for other things. I'm very happy with my purchase & would recommend them to anyone looking for good food storage ideas. I also highly enjoyed the chalk labels & measuring cups that were included. Very convenient.

These containers arrived and had plastic sheets between each one for ease of separation (some reviews stated they were hard to get apart.) Problem solved! The tops are snap on ones and some were a tad hard to close but I did get them all in place. These are a nice size and I used them for all dry baking ingredients. The package came with 4 measuring spoons, 4 nice sized plastic scoopers for using in the large containers, reusable labels and a chalk pen. I suggest using a better chalk pen as the one included is not great. Overall for the money, these are really nice and did the job. Great for organization and preservation!

It came with a broken lid to one of the large containers. I did not see any information on how to contact the seller to request a replacement lid. I would have returned the set but I had already packed food in to all of the other containers before I realized it was broken. Otherwise, I was happy with the purchase. The containers fit even more than I had expected. Loved the labels and the chalk board pen. My pantry is definitely more organized and hopefully no more messes from kids leaving bags open & spilling the contents all over our pantry.

I like the sizes and the clear sides so I can easily see how much of the contents is available. The quality gives me confidence that the contents will remain fresh longer. The caution in other ratings that the pieces would be hard to separate when received was not needed. I think the packaging has been tweaked because this old woman easily separated them. My husband even noticed the cute labels that came with them. They are very nice!!!

I love a clear lockable kid container especially when capable of being space efficient. Rectangular cubes are hard to find and that these stack is spectacular.The problem - it’s put my OCD in overdrive and now I want more! I purchased initially for all of my dry goods like flours, rices, quinoas, beans, chia seeds, flax seeds, oats... but it’s so visually compelling to see the foods that I’ve also started using the smaller ones for my fridge since they make use of shelf space vertically... healthy snack choices typically in a drawer beg you to eat them when well organized front and center. (mandarins, grapes, baby carrots, cheese sticks)

These containers are a great deal for the price. I was looking for containers that could hold 5lbs of flour and this container was a tad bit small for that. However if you are looking to store 5lb of sugar or rice, the big ones are perfect. Overall a great addition to the pantry but had to return them just because they were a little small for my needs.
