I've had issues with plantar fasciitis for a couple years. It started off just needing to stretch for a few seconds before walking in the morning but now some mornings I cant even limp my way to the bathroom without grabbing on to any and everything. If I put this on at least an hour before I want to get up and strap it down reasonably tight and I have little or no pain when it comes off and I get up.

Love this rigid boot. It is super easy to adjust has buckles so you only adjust it the first time you put it on and I could feel an immediate difference in my foot the next day after resting with one of these. I compared this to the newer flexible splint style and I like this rigid boot much better. It did a better job of resting my foot and it was a cheaper cost. The buckles were putting a little strain on my foot at first and it felt like it wasnt holding my foot in place if I didnt tighten it but once I loosened it a bit, it was better while still holding my foot in enough of a flex. This is perfect for my plantar fascitis.

I was so excited to receive this and try it out. I had a hard time opening the clips but I forged ahead and put the brace on. Fast forward and I needed to go downstairs and didn't want to do it with the brace on, I struggled for 15 minutes and was not able to get the two lower clips open no matter how hard I tried. I was finally able to wriggle my foot out but in the process I hurt my foot. Even with my foot out of the brace I could not get the clips open so I'm sending it back. I would not recommend this brace because the clips that come on the brace are not the clips shown in the picture and are nearly impossible to open leaving you stuck and possibly injuring yourself trying to get out of it.

This product seems ideal for sleeping with Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome and Plantar Fasciitis, but the Size Chart is slightly inaccurate. I wear a Womens Size 10, which according to the Size Chart is an M - Medium in this boot ... not true! My foot hung over the front of the boot, despite pushing my heel way back. I am returning and reordering the Size L - Large.

I have off and on struggled with plantar faescae. I liked the DeRoya foot splint but they are very expensive. I thought I ordered one of these to try, but accidentally ordered 2. These are the BEST splints at a fantastic price. I can walk to the bathroom with these on. Most of the other splints plastic breaks when you walk. This brace is a winner. As long as I put it on I have NO pain. Skip the others and buy this one. One other reviewer gave a great suggestion to cross over the two bottom straps for a better fit. Great idea.

Though it comes with a wedge to help prop the front of the foot, it won't make the toes upwards.Then, the size is too much for you to forget about it when hitting the sack. I haven't even tried to sleep with it as is bulky.Perhaps if you stay awake but then, you just do your regular stretches and will be good.Returned it.

This brace is working great for me. It's not as big and bulky as the one I got from the doctor. So I can wear it longer. I don't wear it super tight and I wear it for 3 to 4 hours when I go to bed. I'll then wake up and take it off. It's been helping with my plantar fasciitis pain.

I wish it was bigger. My shoe size is 6.5 so I ordered the small one but it's too fit and kinda little small.. when I walk with wearing this, my big toe is out of this brace all the time... so if you just wear it during sleep, not gonna walk with this, then it won't be that mich problem.

Honestly, i have been having heel pain since 2019 and doctor said plantar fasciitis and recommended ortho specialist. I do not regret NOT going to the specialist and spending thousands on visits and oossible surgery. Researched more and decided to get this leg splint. I wore it to bed the first night I received it and subsequently i use it 1-2hrs daily. I havent had heel pain ever since! I feel like myself again and I definitely don’t feel like I’m so sick all the time.
