Resistance Bands, Exercise Bands Set for Women and Men, Elastic Workout Bands for Fitness Home Gym, Set of 5

I waited to review until after using these for a while, none have broken, great for therapeutic use, doesn’t roll up like bands you have to tie to make a loop (as given in physical therapy).Three month update: still none have broken and they have not lost their shape. I’m still happy with the purchase.

These bands are not good, but you get what you pay for it. Let me start with the pros... the colors are nice. The fact that they have different resistance ranges is great, I mean if you want a rubber band. Maybe because I have done Crossfit and I have seen good quality bands I have higher expectations. These are not thick at all. They are made of thin material and when you use them they roll! Ughhh!! Who wants that!? If you want good resistance bands, you are going to have to pay more because you need good quality durable material. These are like latex bands. They are not rubber. Buy a rubber material band or better yet, find one that the experts recommend. I bought one from another site that I knew where better and I am very satisfied with those. I can do all different types of exercises with my other bands and they do not slide.

I ordered these as an alternative to the BOD bands that are at a much greater price. This set provides 5 bands of varying resistance instead of just 3, which better allows for finding the band with the right tension for each exercise. The bands were separately wrapped nicely and had no odor or stickiness to them, even upon first use. The labeling is great to make switches quicker to the right band! Would buy again.

My physical therapist suggested that I use these bands to increase the intensity of my workouts. I just got them but and I am using the easiest band and so far so good!

I got these because they are loops instead of straps. My old straps were used for lower body exercises and because I had to tie a knot, they would roll, bunch up and become annoying. These bands are inexpensive but so far resistant. The Xtra heavy is not as heavy as I thought but i can double it up. I was pleased to see they added a guide of exercises that I can do, which will come in handy in a few months that I will go on vacation. It also has instructions for sliding plates, although these are not included in package. They seem sturdy, they are easy to use and I appreciate that the have levels printed on the band. I say, a good buy

I really like that all the bands are different colors and resistances. I am fairly gentle with them so I'm not sure how they'd hold up in a more intense workout. But I like them and they are great for floor workouts and home workouts.

I love these resistance bands! They could be a little more tight. I am 130, 5'4, and some are too wide for me too use. The elastic is good quality, but I do feel like the bands can get stretched out easily after multiple uses. Still satisfied.

Edited: After two months of using these loops, they have snapped and I have to order new ones. DO NOT BUY THESE!These loops are great! They work well for the beach body programs. They do tend to roll at some points, but otherwise they are great. I like that they have the difficulty level clearly written and displayed with circles on the bands. I would buy them again!

The quality is good and strong, but the biggest problem is it always roll up while doing glutes and legs exercise. All rubber resistance band gonna have same problem.
