I recently bought 3 of Tarla Dalal's works (including this one) have 3 serious issues with them.1) They aren't books. I thought they were, but they aren't. They're more like thick pamphlets. I don't think I would have bought them if I had realized what I was actually getting. Pay attention to the size info, these little things are less than half the height of a 11x8.5 piece of paper.2) I can find all the recipes I want on the internet, for free. I buy the books because I like the format AND I want pictures of the finished dishes. These pamphlets are sparsely populated with pictures of the finished dishes.3) In retrospect, these pamphlets are over-priced in comparison to what you get if you purchase an actual Indian recipe book.Not recommended.

I love Indian food and I saw this book at my employers house and loved it. I have made a couple of dishes. Delicious!!
