These are by no means a coffee replacement, but I wouldn't take coffee and these at the same time or it could lead to a headache. Brain force for me gives me a different kind of energy. Not the kind that would keep me wide awake (although I found myself waking up at random times at night, that might not be a good thing). Time felt slower, as if my mind was more aware of time. The brain fog that I was suffering from has completely gone away and I was no longer thinking about all the junk/bad things to keep me from doing what I need to do. I suffered from artists block and since trying these I managed to put the pen down on paper and just draw. Before I knew it the timer dinged 25 minutes which felt like 5 minutes. At first I thought these didn't work. I didn't feel an immediate change like I expected. In fact it took a few hours for it to kick in, and it really kicked in late at night. I took them right after coming home from work so I would get more "energy" (for reference). My dreams are more vivid and my focus has improved. It's not going to give you the same high as taking coffee, but it is going to give you some kind of different energy...brain energy. Like, if you're studying something you'll have an easier time picking up things. And you can tell it's working, like me, if I'm waking up at random throughout the night and I can immediately get on the computer to do work.
