Was a little worried because of some of the reviews of packages being opened or damaged or expired product, but mine were fine.I actually use this for restless legs, I usually buy from Walmart for a little less $ but they don’t always have it.Will buy from this seller again.

...hardly hot, however. It's not a capsaicin product, if that's what you're looking for. It was what *I* was looking for when I bought it (but that's another story!) It contains salicylic acid, so it kills the muscle pain pretty quickly and contains menthol which adds a COOLING effect as well as a pleasant scent (which our cat did not appreciate BTW), but the product is not at ALL hot. Other than trying to sucker people looking for a capsaicin rub into buying their product instead, I can think of no earthly reason why they felt the need to put the word HOT in gigantic, bright red letters on the label of their product. It's about as far from hot as Satan is from being a devout Christian.But it killed my pain, so it's an effective pain relieving product, so at least 4 stars for that. But I *despise* false and deliberately misleading advertising, so 1) I will never buy this product again, and 2) only four stars.

I GIVE IT A BIG FAT ZERO ACTUALLY. THIS PRODUCT SHOULD NOT BE SOLD BY AMAZON. THERE IS ZERO I REPEAT ZERO SENSATION OF HEAT!!!!!!!

The box was broken and there was no seal on the tub of this cream.Honestly, I have not used it yet because of the condition it arrived in. It was highly recommended by my cousin in south carolina recently.
