Hidden gem!
Had I just seen this item on Amazon, I would have thought this was silly. But I saw a demo on a cooking show and decided to try it. I love it. It works great and it's so easy to use that the kids can easily help with baking!

Works as described.
There are more expensive versions of this concept but I can't imagine them working noticeably better than this one. Very Handy and easy to clean.

Doesn't work very well.
Bulb separates from nozzle too easily. Device doesn't hold egg yolk securely. Device breaks egg yolks which ruins egg whites.Those factors plus the clean up means it is much easier to separate yolks by hand using the old fashioned egg shell method.
