No me sirven para lo que están diseñados
En realidad no me han funcionado para lo que los compré. Las veces que he tenido que contestar una llamada usando estos audífonos me dicen que se escucha mal, que hace un eco de fondo. No me sirven más que para escuchar.

Great value , as good as a $200 headset
I recently was moved to work at home , and I'm using my cell phone as my office phone. I have used Plantronics headsets at the office for almost 30 years but I couldn't afford to buy one that attaches to my cell phone . This one came up in a search on Amazon so I decided to give it a try. It is very comfortable. it has a quick disconnect on the cord and a clothing clip on the cord ; which are items you do not find in this price range but they're critical for all day use. But most importantly the sound is crystal-clear on my side of the conversation and my customers can hear me clear as a bell ! Highly recommend this to anyone who has to purchase their own headset for work use

Excellent headset for a reasonable price.
This headset works very well and it was well worth the price. I use it a lot and find it very comfortable. The rubber piece that sits on your head opposite the ear piece is a nice touch. The only thing odd about this is there is a plastic wire connector that I assume allows the company to put different types of connections (USB, computer, phone) on the same headset. It and the plastic piece that holds the volume controls are bigger and heavier than you would expect compared to other headsets. It doesn't bother me, but it is something to be aware of.

Work from home essential
Really good quality for the price. I found it does make my ear hurt a bit after a few hours of continuous use, but, to be honest, I don't think there's a headphone in the world that wouldn't. The mic is reversible so you can switch ears. Not at all disappointing!

Very clear audio, excellent price,
Maybe should be a little cushion on the side, it is a bit uncomfortable and I am left with a sore spot after I wear the headset.

Comfort/Quality
I needed another pair of headsets and I did not want a bulky pair. I tested these for noise block by playing my music and listening to a youtube tutorial. I could not hear the background noise. The comfort is amazing. The sound is clear and not distorted. For plug in style, these suit me perfectly.

Mute button not working
My mute button does not work. I use this headset for work and need the mute to work.
