foot-pedal home project. Nice finish, easy to work with and very sturdy.May need some primer or special preparation if you wish to paint or colour as regular "shake and rattle" spray paint is likely to not adhere like a commercially coloured unit.No complaints

Internal dimension less than expected
A well-made die-cast box, the lid fits snuggly. However, it's not clear in the photos that the larger size has six screws, not four. The pillars for the central two screws restrict the internal width by a few mm, so the available width is less than I expected. I had to grind slots in the base of the device I was fitting in it.

Poor Finish for the price. Full of scuffs and scratches, would need painting if on show.

Does not come with screws or seal
The lid does not come with screws, is not a brilliant fit and has no seal. Not value for money.
