Worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY BAR NONE!!!
With pretty much EVERY single camp, program, aftercare situation canceled this summer and going to an amusement park | waterpark was NOT in the cards in a mask in 100-degree heat in this life or the next we were desperate for a distraction that my kids would use daily with or without friends.Enter the greatest backyard toy in the history of my existence! My kids are typical in the sense that they want, they want, they want, and when they get they use whatever it is for 5 minutes and then it goes in the garage to collect dust.I was reluctant to drop the money at first but with the traditional "kid relief" distractions of summer firmly OFF the table (see above paragraph) this summer we decided to go for it.BEST decision EVER!We couldn't be happier nor could my twin boys and a variety of their friends who have tried it out in the last 3 weeks. It's VERY solid indeed. I weight 230 pounds and can bounce to my heart's content with nary a worry. It's a blast.I will tell you that we bought the trampoline as a way for our youngest child to help cope with his overbearing anxiety and hyperactivity. When she is up in her head, we send her out to bounce even if for a couple of minutes while listening to music, it just calms her down enough to "get her head back on" and calm her down. If she is getting super amped up and nervous and fidgety or whatever state - out she goes to keep her calm. Our middle child just came down to chit chat with me. He said it's the most awesome thing ever. He has up to 3 friends at a time on it and that is about 350 pounds give or take. No problem with the sturdiness.I will tell you that we bought the trampoline as a way for our youngest child to help cope with his overbearing anxiety and hyperactivity. No issues whatever. Please note that we hired a professional gym/backyard equipment professional to build the trampoline. He built in about an hour with no issues whatsoever. I see people complain about the instructions and such so we decided just to get help and skip the build. Also, I am all thumbs and can barely screw in a light bulb much less build something. NO PATIENCE WHATSOEVER. Let alone my kids threatened that if I tried to build the trampoline they wouldn't use it as they would be fearing for the life every time they got on it. Frankly, I don't blame 'em. So there you have it.Bottom line:If this sucka is available BUY NOW.

Confusing instructions, but so far so good.
This product came with some really confusing instructions. This poor assembly guide made for mistakes and unfortunately, I had thought it was a flawed product. Turns out, I was the flawed product the entire time. If something doesn’t fit right, spend some time trying to make sense of the instructions haha. Once I actually figured out my mistake, it fit together well. The welding could be better along with the instructions, but you know what? It works!

All in all, not bad.
Bought the 10' model as a surprise for my kids. I could've bought a larger one for a lower price, but this one had good reviews and I figured I'd rather that they have a smaller but better trampoline. That being said, 10' is a tad bit smaller than I envisioned and I didn't bother to pull out a tape measure and get an idea what it'd look like. So if you have multiple kids, a 12' or 14' would probably serve you better..Shipping was fast. After trying to pick the box up on my front porch, I was surprised the UPS driver managed to get it on my porch. 112 lbs was the labeled weight. Wish I would've caught the guy so I could give him a tip just for lugging the d*** thing all the way up to my front door.. There were a few small inconveniences during assembly, namely one of the tubes for the legs was our of round and I had to squeeze it back into shape with a 12" pair of Channel Locks, and the model numbers in the manual for the different sizes aren't matching up with anything that I'm seeing on the box. It took me a minute to figure out which number was referencing the trampoline that I had. But other then those two minor hiccups, assembly was rather easy. The finished product seems to be about what I expected, just smaller than I envisioned. And that's my own fault. So if I had to to it over I'd still buy this brand, but I'd buy a bigger model.

Love the product and the customer service that comes with it!
We looked through a lot of reviews before deciding to go with this trampoline. We were looking for one on the smaller end that can fit in our small backyard and can accommodate my teen kid as well. We are delighted to end up with this trampoline and have been using this from last 6 months and my kids have gotten a ton of use out of it almost every day since we purchased it.The included instructions were clear and was valuable for assembling the product. Having an extra set of hands can indeed make the process easier, and the tools provided was very helpful in getting the springs hooked properly. The padded edges, the secure net enclosure, and the zippered entrance with a lock provides peace of mind that the kids won't accidentally bounce off the trampoline and injure themselves. This trampoline was able to accommodate both kids and adults, offering a versatile space for recreational bouncing as well as workouts. It's a hit with the whole family!Customer Support is responsive and helpful. We had an issue with one of the trampoline legs and reached out to customer service to have replacement parts sent. They were so prompt to respond & sent over the missing parts within 2 days! We really love the product and the customer service that comes with it.
