Love these swords! I gave them to our 6 year old granddaughter who is in a super hero mood these days. We have played with them constantly and they have really held up! Plus, they don’t hurt when you’re the “bad guy” and getting beat up!

My godson has had this for 2 1/2 years since he was 3. It has been well used and is still in good shape. And it's saved my walls and furniture from being damaged by plastic swords. This is sturdy yet can't hurt anything or anyone.

Purchased this sword after seeing how popular a toy it is at Grandma's house. Soft to play with and while it can be used as a sword, it is an open-ended toy as well and is used as a variety of things in imaginary games. Makes a great gift for a two year old. I say that because it lasts and lasts and is a great imaginative toy for older ages as well.

I almost got a wooden sword for my son, but he didn't want one because he wanted a sword with a "pointy" tip and all the wooden swords have blunted tips. So, naturally we ended up with a softer one. And I am so glad we did, because he stabs everything! Wooden would have been a complete disaster. This sword is surprisingly sturdy considering how roughly it has been played with, but it is still safe for the house. We love it and will probably buy a second one at some point.

Love these swords. Kids can really whack each other & it doesn’t even hurt (no crying!!)! Have one in both the red & blue. Kiddos are currently chasing one another around with them, playing “Peter Pan.” Am thinking of buying a third so each kid has one. Highly recommend.

Lightweight and adorable. Fun to play with! Nice that it comes in different colors. I bought a red and a blue.

This has been one of the most used toys in our house. We bought 2 and my kids LOVE them, their friends love them, everyone is always looking for them or fighting over who gets which color b/c they are in such demand. :)It's just about impossible to hurt anyone with these b/c of the soft foam all over, which is a huge plus (not just for the kids, but also our pets who inevitably get caught in the "crossfire" now and then).The colors are bright and the silk fabric is extremely durable. I can't believe how rough they've been with these swords, even sometimes taking them outside, and the silk barely shows wear.The gold embellishment on the handle has not been as durable. It has frayed some and come undone. I've retied it and then it comes undone again, etc. I'm thinking about getting something that stays tied better and replacing it.Overall this has been a great purchase. It first seemed a little expensive for this type of item, and it took me a long time to decide to finally buy it, but a year later I feel sure that it was worth EVERY penny b/c it has been more fun than other much more expensive toys we've bought, it's so incredibly safe, and it has WAY outlasted other cheaper foam swords.Note in case it happens to you: When the swords arrived one of them seemed sort of weirdly shaped/bent, warped almost, but within a couple of days of play the foam "straightened out" and it looked just as normal as the other one. I'm guessing it must gotten misshapen in the shipping box, but the foam went back to how it should be, no problem.Oh, and we got one of the matching crowns, too. It is also fabulous!

If you have a toddler that loves to hit stuff then they will love this sword 😂!

I bought this last Christmas for my three-year-old grandson. I'm happy to report as of this writing this sword has withstood many thrashings, whacks to his older brother, stompings and bends and is still in one piece, including the material covering. Great purchase.
