Garofalo is scrumptious.
Authentic pasta made in Italy with real, natural ingredients - not the stuff you get in supermarkets.Incredible value for money and tastes amazing. You notice the difference, and cook time is same as other “fake” pasta.Been using this brand for 2 years now for full family, especially my children who I want to eat better than I ever did!

This is some of the nicest pasta I've eaten in UK - totally authentic. You get a perfect al dente texture and bite, and little risk of over cooking and ending up with gloop. The extra you pay, compared with supermarket prices, is well worth it, supermarket stuff does not compare. I have ordered a good supply in case it runs out!

Top quality pasta that we use in italy too
There are many brand in UK with "Italian Pasta", as Italian never really seen any of these brands, not even in discount shops, also most of them EVEN MORE THE TESCO, SAINSBURY'S etc are horrible as pasta gets soft too quickly. Garofalo is a very good brand, although a bit more expensive, definitely worth the price if you do not want to eat "glue".

Good flavour at a premium price.
I bought this to keep topped up, as I'm vunerable and can't get to the shops. It cooked well and had a good taste. A little dearer than in the shops but it doesn't matter if you need it. The expire date is 2023, so I would recommend the pasta. It tastes good too.

This pasta is really nice, not too much of a mouthful like fusilli but still holds the sauce well, if not better. I bought it to follow a Nigella Lawson recipe but I think it will work well in lots of pasta dishes.

Really nice pasta that maintain a nice consistency despite its small piece size. It is better quality than supermarket brands and therefore the higher price is worth paying.
