it’s well made
I have two of these from LBX Tacical as a point of comparison. This one popped up in my recommended queue. So I grabbed one in coyote. There’s nothing about this that feels cheap / inferior or poorly sewn. The rip handle has steel coated in silicone around it. The stitching is good and it works like it’s supposed to. Currently I have 1 C.A.T Tourniquet 1 Israeli pressure bandage 1 pack of Celox 1 chest Needle D 1 chest seal and 1 set of latex gloves in it.

Excellent customer service. Excellent pouch. Detailed review.
The first pouch I received had a fairly minor defect with one of the molle/pals webbing. I contacted the company and they were very polite, apologetic, and immediately helpful. I needed this rather quickly to replace a much larger IFAK. They got a new one to me, faster than they said it would. The new one is great. It's real Multicam and well built. The molle is going to be a tighter fit than standard molle, but it fits molle, and the tightness holds it firmly in place (so it's a feature, not a bug). It can also be mounted on a belt for small of the back carry. The handle is tucked away to avoid getting snagged on something, but it's easy to get when needed.I would suggest stocking it with your medical equipment to make it fit, taking it out just as it is, putting it in a ziploc bag, squeezing the air out, and putting it back in the pouch. This way, if you need it for self aid, you can pull the bag out and have all of your supplies, without them all falling out onto the ground, as well as keeping them dry. The pouch maintains a very slick, thin profile, if that's important to you.Mine is currently holding compact Hyfin twin chest seals, Z-Pak compressed gauze, Celox-A syringe, March Dart 14g decompression needle, 5"x9" ABD trauma pad, emergency blanket (mylar), and nitrile gloves.

Works great
Have this on the back of my battle belt with an elastic tourniquet holder under it and it all seems to work pretty well.My only issue is that the Hy-Fin chest vent seal package is just a little bit big for it so you really have to cram it in and it doesn't fall out with everything else, you have to reach up in there and pull it out.Otherwise it's great.

Maybe Yes Maybe No
Unsure if this is great or bad. As another reviewer said, it really needs a plastic baggie to keep contents together, but mainly to aid in dropping. clean out My experience has been that light things like Celox, Bandages, Gauze tends to hang up and needs something heavy on the top. It can also be run opening end up, maybe better. It doesn`t come close to tear off pouches, but it`s lighter, smaller and looks very cool....

Not the best, not the worse..
Descent buy, not BFG but works for a bleeder kit. Designed so contents fall out when quick release tab is pulled. I added a small bag to hold all my contents, so I wouldnt have to search the ground in stressful conditions. Stitching and material good for price point.

Good so far
So far it seems to work great and fit everything in my regular IFAK so now it’s off of my carrier and on my belt. Time will tell if this can hold up in real world environments and getting in and out of a car but so far it seems good. It’s easy to load up and the pull tab is fast and easy to seal back up.

Holds Quite A Bit
I bought this because the IFAK pouch I wanted wasn’t in stock. This sits flat on my back and holds quite a bit, especially when everything is in a vacuum pack.So far, it has held up well. Good value for the money.

perfect size for the car
This is a perfect size for the car, camper, or where ever you need just a small bag with some necessary items keeps them compact, yet in order and easy to find in a minor emergency, I have gotten a couple of these because they work so well.
