Q: Is there much difference in the amount of extra fabric at the bottom of the 6-18 month and universal size sacks?

I bought size 6-18 months for my kid since he was 2 months old and then I got 18-36 months when he turned 12 months. He is almost 18 months now, still using it fits well. There are enough extra farbric at the bottom for him to turn around if that's what you were asking.
