The best magnesium you can buy
Magnesium Orotate is the best magnesium I have found. The absorption rate is very very high, as is the effectiveness. The tablets are a bit large but rounded enough that they not that hard to swallow. I will take 200mg (one tablet) when I am not having a lot of cramps and 400mg (two tablets x2 daily) when I am. These always take the cramps away where other brands and other types of magnesium never did. Plus I swear I have more energy and feel more alert since flooding my system with this product (it takes a couple weeks to feel the full benefit). I have been taking these every day for 2 years now and I won't be stopping any time soon.

Healthy but 4 caps per dose
Healthy choice of magnesium. Unfortunately I didn’t read closely enough to realize the daily dose is 4 large capsules.

Nice but large tablets
Magnesium Orotate is suppose to be on of the best forms of magnesium since it is it's natural form and is suppose to be easily assimilated, much better than many others forms. This form is more expensive, and the TABLETS ARE HUGE. I give this a four star because you usually don't find orotate with this high a mg tablet so you'd have to take more usually, but this large tablet allows you to get what you need in one tablet. Hint, for swallowing, put it in your mouth and wash it around a little first, then it will go down easier with water. There is no bad taste and the tablet has a smooth finish that doesn't just melt in your mouth or anything.

I needed a form of magnesium that would not disrupt my digestive system. This one fits the bill. It also seems to have some protective action on the heart and vascular system. Easy to swallow.

Perfect Potency
I like that each capsule is 50 mg. This makes it easier to adjust dosage for people like me who are very sensitive to magnesium. I love the orotate form of magnesium as it has special affinity for the heart in particular. It's readily absorbed too. Great product and value for the price.
