Q: Has anyone actually tested if this is real fur by burning a few fibres? Alot of items from china are advertised as faux fur but they're real

On Amazon.com they sell the same beanie and clearly state that the pompom is racoon fur. For that reason, I won't buy.

Q: where can I buy more pop poms please, lost the one attached to it....

Not sure you can - but in response to your question and the previous answer I checked their website They originate from China and I wouldnt have bought one if I had realised they also sell REAL FUR pompom hats

Mine was, it's a lovely fleece lining.

Sorry for delay. Pom Pom is a good quality artificial fur. Very natural look and may well encourage wild animals to make overtures at times when inconvenient for the wearer.
