Rock Hard 4x4 Straight Across the Rear Bar for Jeep Wrangler TJ and Unlimited LJ 1997 - 2006

Bought this for mounting wake board speakers across the back of my kid's LJ. It works great. They inverted it and mounted it well below the curve. It holds 4 - 8" pods hanging down and does not interfere at all with the top. Love it. With the top off, you could add 3 more 8s above the bar if you need overkill for the beach.

Installed on my TJ family style bar (on top,up high)I mounted in my 76 CJ7.Heavy duty, nice welds, good hardware and they even provide the Allen wrench. Instructions indicate to use provided tap to clean threads prior to install after coating of your choice. I did not receive the tap, I had my own. Decent instructions and bar came bare metal with light oil coating from manufacturing.I would buy again and would recommend. Nice bolt in upgrade for the money, I had to ratchet strap my bars together to make them a bit more narrower to fit. No problem and looks great, I’ll add a photo later.

This bar is amazing. Fits like a dream and easy to paint. Even comes with a tap to retap the holes after paint or powder coat

With these installed I feel safer but have no intention of finding out if they work! They were easy to install and I was able to paint them to match my current stock roll bar.
