The sole could be longer. I wear a 10 1/2 got 11 fits just right any smaller with be a tight fit. Overall i am really happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend.

UPDATE - ok I wore them for a full winter/wet spring and they are doing fine. They’ve even loosened up a bit as they conform to my feet.I’m very satisfied with these boots, they’ve been my secondary winter boot for when I don’t need a high boot for deeper snow.They’ve held up very well, are very warm and sturdy with good support and excellent for outdoor work. They also keep my feet dry which is very important.Many comments said they ran small but 13 was the largest they had so I took a chance.I was surprised by how warm they are, especially since they aren’t very thick. Also, I’ve only worn them a few times but the waterproof so far is excellent, even so I’ll be applying the beeswax soon.On the negative side, they are smaller than a normal 13 but not terrible, I wore them all day yesterday and I wasn’t in pain, only noticeable tightness. I figure the fur lining is part of it. I’m hoping they stretch out a bit as I wear them in.UPDATE - wore them an entire winter and they’re holding up great. Some have mentioned that the tongue is too short and I agree. I partially solved this by skipping the lacing of the 2nd highest holes until AFTER I’ve laced thru the top. This usually keeps the tongue under the lacing.Also - as far as ‘non-slip’ goes, is that ever true on ice? These are just normal stick-wise.

I'm not sure if these are new they were sent in a plastic bag which I don't really appreciate. Also, as others note, they do run small. Although, it's difficult to tell how small. I normally wear an 11.5. I ordered these in 12 and they are still a bit small and narrow.Suppose I will edit the review after I wear them a few times. Comfort is not going to be their strong suit, so hopefully they are warm, dry and durable.

I was worried about how these would actually fit after reading some reviews. I ordered a size up based on what I read and hoped for the best. I was worried they were going to be too big and I would have to send them back. I must say these are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever had! Ordering a size up was ideal bc of the lining inside the shoes and I dont feel I need to wear heavy socks to make the shoes fit better. I feel warm enough in my regular socks in these shoes as well. And I love how they are light weight and not too clunky and heavy to move around in. So far they have been very comfortable! As far as water resistance I haven't walked through any creeks with them yet but it has been raining and snowing and I have not had any issues and dont expect any. I have felt very safe on slick surfaces as well. I'm super happy with these boots and would definitely recommend them and will buy them again when I wear this pair out!

Wore these to a ski trip to Canada for a whole week and most of the time they stayed dry. Only one time when the snow was a bit deeper the snow went through between the sole and the shoe portion of the boot. As far as slip resistance they work great. I wore these with wool socks and they were a bit snug. They are very warm inside . If your feet sweat a lot you might get cold. I used foot powder to solve that issue.
