Adult Diaper Protection
Because they are unisex, the butt and leg fit, but the belly was "puffy," I suppose, to fit anyone's physique, even larger bellies, and male parts. I found them bulky. When I pulled them down, the extra urine leaked out through the leg holes, which I suppose is the fault of the adult protective diaper, but it wasn't pleasant. I found the pants were wet on the side-seams and the leg-holes, which meant my clothes were now wet. Overnight wouldn't work for me.

Mother Approved!
Bought these for my momma who prefers this brand due to how it seals around the legs and still feels comfortable

Ridiculously big.
These plastic pants are ok for comfort, but, the material makes my child sweat. Like wearing a plastic weight loss suit. She always feels wet when I take them off where she has been sweating. They are also huge. She wears a sz (child)16 pants and a med pull up. These are at least a Large or XL. I bought them for the price. I’m going to try to sew them to fit.

Runs large
Runs large but at least they can be exchanged, unlike most medical supply companies will allow.

very useful product and really helps to cut down on the amount of laundry you have to do.
Very pleased with this product, the quality is very very good, and I find I don't have to strip the whole bed as often as I did without this product. That in itself is a winner for me. They are easy to use on and off are no problem at all. They wash nicely and not bulky under garments.

Wasnt exactly what I wouldve like them to do
The snaps are awesome but not when the underwear is saturated, or maybe I wasnt prepared for that much saturation. I used them on my 85yr old mom and when I went to unsnap them lets just say I wasnt prepared to "catch" anything. I will try them again knowing I need to be "prepared" for the surprise. I also used a disposable diaper underneath these.

These work! Very very seldom do we have wet pads.
Incontinent 84-year old male with history of prostatectomy and Parkinson’s disease. A double whammy and these work great. I wash with regular wash but air dry. Long lasting.
