Several reviewers mention purchasing a mattress topper. Are there any recommended toppers that work better with this mattress than others?

I purchased the mattress topper that was recommended with the purchase. I felt that it worked very well with the Serta EZ bed.

We bought one of these a few years ago. All of the plastic on it is cracked and broken like a piece of cheap luggage. Any suggestions?

The system should have been stored in an airconditioned environment and away from direct sunlit. Second your Serta Air Mattress should have been opened, inflated and covered to protect the plastics. Plastics are produced from petroleum, therefore they have a tendency to deteriorate when exposed to the sunlight abd do not store well when left folded over a long period of time. Key to longevity, exercise the system frequently.

What is the return policy for this?
