i honestly never thought i would be so excited to get a new heating pad than when it arrived and i open the box and used it for the first time... Im sure your reading this and think this lady is crazy, why would you be so excited about a heating pad? Well ill tell you why. I have one of those old school heating pads thats all plastic..So now your probably thinking well whats wrong with plastic heating pads, well nothing but depending on where your using it, it can be uncomfy. This one is sooo soft and comfy. I sometimes get really bad sinus infections and let me tell you how amazing this was to just curl up and relax on it. Not having to lay on a rough towel, not having to worry about moving and the towel coming off and having plastic rubbing on my face. The flexibility in it to be able to comcortably move it in diffrent positions and not having to worry about the stiffness. The heat produced was perfect. I honestly was very pleased with this product!

I have a smaller heating pad, which works very well, but I really needed a much larger one that could cover my whole back at once. I no longer have to do my back in sections. My favorite part is the safety feature that is just like my smaller one. After 2 hours the heating pad automatically cuts off. You can set it to cut off sooner, but you can't set it longer than that. I have actually fallen asleep with my heating pad on and having this feature gives me peace of mind.

Ok let me start by saying this is a heating pad. It does the same thing f as your other heating pad does and in that way it’s no big deal. It’s not that it heats up it’s the small features they changed that make this one very cool. It’s soft like a blanket and it’s loose like on yo. You can almost cover up with it to a degree. It has a bunch of heat setting and thank god someone finally put a nice long cord on it. Think it uses to much power but the first one to make a chargeable one that doesn’t need a plug will change everything. I love this for when my back hurts or the other day I got a kink in my neck. My wife has already called it for next week bc that’s when her “lady time” will show up. What a great time for us all!! Lol!!

I first bought this heating pad in May when I received it, it didn’t work. Customer service was quick in sending a replacement. It is now early October and the replacement has stopped working. I’m really frustrated since I only use it for menstrual cramps so it was annoying to find it had stopped working when I was in pain and needed it! The first one being defective was a sign I should’ve just gotten a refund I guess. It’s very large, soft, and I used the highest setting the heat is just ok not as hot as I’d like.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Im having a really hard time with this one! It was working just fine! But then, without any warning it started flashing E OR 3! Now I can't get it to work, no matter where I plug it in at! It's not because of washing because I haven't had to do that yet, the cord didnt come unplugged from the pad, just ou rrf bbn of the blue, stopped working! So dissatisfied and disappointed! I loved that big hole pad! I have immense pain in my knees, especially when it gets cold, and in my back! Now I don't have anything to use! Unless someone in Customer Service, can walk me through trying to fix it, or send me a new one? That would be a huge help!!!

Worked for a few weeks, tho it didn't get that hot, and then wouldn't turn on at all. Landfills no doubt will be full of these for millennia. Ugh. Don't waste your time.

These things are TERRIFIC!! We have had back and neck trouble all our lives and dozens of heating pads but this puts the previous ones to shame! Its really big and heats to a high temperature and the Velcro belt is great! I strap this pad onto my back and can walk all over the room thanks to the long cord.we ordered 6 just for my husband and me so we never go with out one again!

I only owned this heating pad for less than 30 days. It stopped working. I contacted the seller but have never even received a response. What a shame. I liked this heated pad until it died on me!EDIT: I had received a new heating pad from this company and it works wonderfully. I am pleased that they made this right for me as I really do love this heating pad. It is so soft and my most favorite heating pad that I have ever owned. Thank you to the company for making this possible!
