The Fandian 36 inch fan arrived on time and was packaged well. By following the video instructions carefully, installation was fairly easy. Has some trouble getting the lights controlled by my iphone but eventually got them to work. For some reason, my tv audio came through the speaker on the fan so I left the speaker unhooked since I didn't want to use it anyway. Overall, the unit works very well and looks beautiful...just like the picture.

Purchased this for my daughters room and its perfect! The lighting is perfect and she absolutely loves the Bluetooth feature! The retractable blades are super quiet and it makes any girls room feel girly girl!

I like that the fan looks more like a light fixture than a traditional ceiling fan, and when it's on it moves air nicely. The light color choices are fun and the speaker works well. The company gave excellent customer service when the wrong fan was shipped by mistake- they got me the correct fan quickly and without any problems.

The media could not be loaded. The screws where not long enough for the base. This fan is intended for cement or wood ceilings. If it is for a drywall ceiling you are going to have to modify the fan box. I thankfully have my brother who is a handy person and put it together for me. Definitely suggest watching the videos here to see how to install. It did not come with wire guards. Now that it’s installed it works fine. However the app sucks. I can control the lights fine. But I can’t play my music. I’ve double checked twice if my Bluetooth is one and it is because I can control the lights from my phone, but anytime I go in to the music option it just plays the music from my phone. It was working the day before but apparently it got out of synch? I have no idea. I’ve tried disconnecting and re-connecting. The only reason I’m giving it 2-stars is purely for aesthetics.Update! Buyer beware! 08/26/2020 at 3:00am.The fan when I’m using it at night will turn on randomly and start beeping. At first I thought I put an alarm in the app by accident, but there was none. Now when it’s on it will at random times of the day or night start going off. I suppose if you have this in a living room it won’t bother you. But if you have it in a bedroom get ready to have it go off randomly and wake you up. I hope you don’t suffer from insomnia and it wakes you the times you finally get some sleep. I’ve bought thousands of things from amazon in the past, and there is the occasional dud, but this. This is definitely the worst purchase I’ve ever made. I can’t even use it as a fan anymore because it will randomly wake me up during the night... repeatedly. So now I’m in a hot room in the middle of the night, trying to get back to sleep. And it’s past the refund period when a lot of this started to happen. If I could give this negative stars I would do it in a heartbeat.

Pretty cool to me overall. App could be updated in my opinion though.Update ~ the app is useless and trash therefore you can't use the color controls for the fan.
