I've been using collagen tablets for a long time now and really like these ones as while I've used others with vitamin C in I really like how full these ones are with the vitamin C plus the added HA, D3, and zinc, etc making them great for helping the skin stay in good condition. As someone who is often running about and fitting in fitness too as well as lots of dog walking as well as fairly regular swimming and cycling I started to supplement with collagen a year or so ago in the hope it would help keep some firmness to my skin! I've always kept up with taking them in both tablet and powder form as I believe they help, though it's difficult to attribute how much as I engage in a lot of health & beauty processes to build muscle, healthy fats and fight the signs of aging.Be sure to do thorough research to decide if these are for you or not and if like me you already know the benefits of collagen supplements and that they are right for you then these are pretty good - they're not the cheapest supplements and you do have to stick to taking them consistently and long-term but they do work. As with most with these you need to take 3 of these a day so will last around 2 months.

I ordered this for my mum as she has been having terrible problems with her skin and was initially all set to give this a terrible review after seeing the packet because it was all in Spanish and made no sense. Luckily after she sent me pictures I was able to get a Portuguese friend of mine to translate it, only to discover that you have to call some telephone line to get a dosage, which seems both unnecessary and absurd, hence the intention to give a bad review. However my mum read some other reviews and decided that an appropriate dose for herself was between 2 and 4 tablets a day and decided to try it anyway. After 2 weeks she has noticed a considerable difference. Despite a plethora of expensive creams and potions, the skin on her face was incredibly itchy. These tablets appear to have almost completely eliminated that. She's absolutely delighted with them and intends to keep on taking them. So the initial impression was bad but they do actually work and have improved her situation.

There are no instructions on the bottle and the website is confusing - It says "EACH BOTTLE IS 1 MONTH SUPPLY … When you buy this supplement you are getting a 2 month supply at 2X the concentration" What does this mean???I've been taking them for a few days and haven't noticed anything yet. It's a pain having to remember 6 tablets a day - do you take them in one go or spread out over the day?3 stars because the instructions are so bad and I have no idea if I'm overdosing if I take them in one hit or diluting the effects if I spread it out.

In the bottle is a months supply - so 6 tablets a day. It's too early to say if there are any effects (reducing wrinkles, joint pain reduction etc) as I have only taken them for a week; but they are easy to swallow, and unlike most of the other collagen tablets out there, they're suitable for vegans and vegetarians.The main issue is that the text on the bottle is all in Spanish. If you want to know about the tablets, how many to take etc, you will have to come back to this sales page!
