If you dont want draw on battery you will need to wire this on a key on voltage circuit...otherwise it will constantly pull on battery .34 amps...

This is an awesome product. If you have a motorcycle with a battery tender. This is a great addition to have. It just plugs into the battery tender socket and boom you have a charging port.
