I just moved closer to the beach and needed a good blanket that was easy to carry. This blanket worked great! The clips held it in place perfectly. The blanket is super soft. When we were done we shook it out, rolled it up and put it back in the carry bag. The carry bag is great when hauling all the beach stuff. When I got home I shook it out again, and yes there was still sand stuck on it, but that should be expected; sand sticks to everything. I then washed and dried. Came out perfect! This was a great buy! For the beacher who likes easy carry, nice quality items I highly recommend.

I like the size and the soft material of this blanket, but I was disappointed the first day we used it. The sand was slightly damp from a morning rain-- this blanket just absorbed the water and held onto it the remainder of the day! It was so heavy when we rolled it off of the ground, I ended up carrying it and throwing it in the washer at the rental place because I thought it would never dry out by the next day! It did seem to do better on dryer sand the next day, but even when the kids sit down with a wet bathing suit, the blanket just retains the moisture. It was extremely disappointing.

Purchased this for a recent trip to St John USVI. Worked great to protect our towels and bags from the sand at all the beaches we frequented. Definitely large enough for 2 adults and our beach bags. Shakes out very easy and rolls up to about the size of a small towel. This is much bigger than the parachute material type blanket, but we were very happy with this choice.

Eh. Not what I was hoping for. The blanket itself is not water resistant so dew and wetness will seep through and soak in. Also the blanket feel is too warm for a hot sandy day. Haven't used the spikes at all because I find them difficult to drag around and dangerous around the kids, but the pockets on the blanket don't work well for holding sand either so it ends up blowing around on a windy day. I wouldn't purchase again.

I wouldn't describe this product as a sturdy blanket (very thin), but if you keep that in mind and use it accordingly it will serve its purpose. the stakes and carry bag are very useful, though the carry bag could be bigger rather than having to real work at jamming the blanket in there (not what you want to go through when when leaving some place and are tired. Also, too pricey, all things considered.

Nice quality! We bought this as a "beach blanket" for our Florida vacation. The texture of the blanket is super soft, and the stakes are a great addition to keep the blanket in place. Several people walked by us on the beach and asked where we got it :0)

Blanket is soft and a good size however I did not receive the 4 stakes with my initial order. The company was contacted and responded quickly to resolve the issue.
