Follow the instructions and buy it
First and foremost- definitely follow the instructions on the label! I have not had any negative side effects like people have said on here and I think it’s because I followed the directions lol. The flavor is good and it definitely helps me drink more water after a workout because I divide one scoop into 2 different 12oz water glasses. I recommend!

Not For Me!
I found that it was difficult to mix to a consistency as to where I didn't have to drink random clumps of dry Matrix powder. Also experienced gastric issues, gas cramping and just an overall nauseated feeling. It is very sweet tasting may be ok for others but this ones not for me.
