Poor Condition Coin - Not Brilliant Uncirculated. Looks like it has come out of a Cash Till

The received coin in my opinion is not Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) condition. It is at best a UNC coin. I will not buy any more coins from this Seller as you are buying blind with no photos of the actual coins for sale.
