It’s so hard to find good vegetarian or vegan ramen noodles. I came across these Nongshim noodles when looking for something to ship to my son at his dorm. He was craving ramen noodles and he and I are both vegetarian. I was very pleased to find this reasonably priced six pack and ordered one for him and one for myself. He and I both found this ramen to be very delicious, flavorful, filling, and simple to prepare…way better than the ramen packages that require stove top preparation. I like to stir fry some vegetables and tofu and add them in to make the ramen heartier, but you can an absolutely eat it as is and still feel full and satisfied. The package says to add boiling water and let it sit covered for 3 minutes, but I let it sit 7 to 10 minutes so that the noodles get softer and fuller and absorb the broth more. I would recommend this product. The price is unbeatable.

I’m someone who doesn’t write reviews on products unless I am thoroughly impressed. And let me tell you, I am impressed by these! I am incredibly picky when it comes to instant noodles. These are incredible and way better than the Nongshim Shin Vegan ones that come in the green and red package. The flavor is amazing, and as someone who adds Tapatio to almost everything because I like a lot of flavor, these didn’t even need any! As a vegan, these are my new favorite noodles. Try them!

Absolutely delicious and so easy to fix.

This soup is 100% vegan and tastes great. I usually dump it into a microwave safe bowl then add veggie broth instead of water. Microwave for 3 minutes and stir for a bit and then eat. The flavor is much better with the broth instead of with water. It's a very quick but tasty meal. .

I love that these are vegan and taste great. It’s simple prep, only 3 minutes in the microwave and a great value for the price. I don’t find it too spicy at all

My new favorite cup noodles! I am INLOVE. They are perfect just the way they are or you can add some soy sauce and Sriracha… literally so good. I will be ordering again. Taste is amazing and I feel good after eating these. Yummmmmy!!!

Taste great, quick easy cheap

These noodles are great. I eat them like they are going out of style. They are great tasting, and are ready in a few minutes. I usually use a hot water dispenser, fill to just over the noodle level, then wait a few minutes, and top off with cold water. Perfect and ready to eat. I say these are the second-best vegan noodles I've tried, but they are really good. The first-place winner goes to the Nongshim Kimchi version of these (which I also eat like they are going out of style). It's nice to have variety and these two are my staples of quick cup noodles.

These and the kimchi ones are some of the best you can get.

Just regular shin noodles without the spice element. They sound good on paper but I will say they have a stranger aftertaste that is hard to get rid of.
