Beautiful piece
The 1st unit had issues with sticking keys. The second unit arrived and all keys worked fine. Both units were missing the color strip and songbook. I would be aware that the instructions say these 2 items are included but you will not get them. I plan on calling the manufacturer to see if i can get the color strip and song book. It is a beautiful and well made product. Its the best i could find out there after extensive research on a digital version.

Sounds does not work
HelloPurchased for my granddaughter. We assembled and added batteries, today was her first time seeing it and when she went to play it it did not work. We wanted to record her response to the beautiful piano and it doesn't play. Hoping it is something simple. There is no sound, we added new batteries and even with it plugged in it will not produce sound. Overall the quality is good and sturdy. Please help!

I would have given this product 4 stars if the Batteries and Learn by Color instructional Book was included like it stated on the the box....seller if you are reading please send me the missing items that were promised with purchase according to the box.
