Found It a litte hard to understand

I an auto engineer, I have over 20 yesrs experience and this is one of the worst scanner I have ever used. I have used it for over 6 months, auto car selection stopped working and when selecting car model manually most of models are not in list, german cars have limited functions, I paid extra to get special function but never used it because it does not support most of famous brands, full scan takes way too long even after scan when you go into a specific module it scans again. I have reported many issues but company seems to don't care about it.
