Got for perimenopause and my hot flushes seem less frequent after about 2 weeks of continuous use. I'll keep using them as I feel they're helping me with other symptoms too.

This product has 365 tablets, and I bought it in March, but the expiry date is December 2023. This is a waste of money as I would not be able to finish the tablets before the expiry date.

I don't know if I dislike them at this moment maybe after 3 mths I should know

Doesn't stop hot flashes but will continue to take the full course in case it improves with prolonged use.

I take one per day and I really felt a difference related to my mood during the day. I feel more motivated to do things .. like exercise and stuff

I tried introducing maca root to my diet previously in a powder form. I tried adding itto smoothies and stuff but found that I couldn’t get on with the flavour, so I thought these capsules might be a good alternative.These come in a big tub but are a years supply, when ingesting 1 capsule a day. I’m definitely finding it better taking the capsules than trying to eat the raw powder.These are vegan friendly and although look a little large, I found them easy to swallow. I’ve been taking these for over a week. I’ve had no issues but I can’t say if there are any benefits either.
