Great quality and quantity for a reasonable price.You can easily divide into portions and preserve for a longer period of time.I'll surely be buying from this seller again.The Cheese Block arrived in a thick insulated wrapping material (a "Fragile" sign on it) with a pack of Ice, to keep it cool during transportation. All of it packed in a box. Pretty well protected.

This was used for a few buffets over Christmas and New Year,Fabulous and far better than the floured grated stuff you buy. You can cut up and freeze parts for long term money saver for family

Great for pizza and paniniI cut a chunk off, then vacuum seal the rest, stick in fridge and use over the month.

This 2.3kg of Mozzarella is equivalent to 20 balls of shop bought mozzarella. That works out to be about 1p cheaper than something like Galbani. So it’s not really money saving BUT the big advantage of this is that it can divided into 20 pieces and stored in the freezer to use whenever you want. You will never run out of this cheese again. We make a lot of pizza (buying the base obviously) and this cheese is delicious; melty and stringy. I will be a returning customer.

I was making mozzarella sticks as a starter for the family, they all loved them, made loads. I still have tons left so hoping I can freeze them. The cheese melted and tasted great. No complaints

The previous ones were good, but this one was like chewing gum. There was no quality.
