Scent
I loved the checks and balances face wash but wanted to try other products. Most of them had a very strong smell (like bug spray) that made them difficult to use. Still used the checks and balances wash though.

I believe I may have received an old batch/ kit. I have used origins for over 20 years and I know what their products smell like. What I received smells like it's been at grandmas house since we were kids. In the future, I will just head over to Macy's as usual.
