This is a review of the Mesqool Vibrating alarm clock.It has large blue digital numbers for ease of viewing, and in the rear you can adjust the brightness, by sliding a toggle switch either to the left or right.The setting of the time, and alarm, is simple to do, and I had both set in a matter of seconds....It was a breeze to do.All of the buttons in the rear are nicely labeled, with some in red to distinguish between buttons.It comes with a vibrating device that resembles a hockey puck. This must be plugged in, in order to have the vibrating affect.Snooze bar is on top, and lights up when touched.Now for the fun part......I set the alarm and waited for the vibration. Believe me, there will be no more excuses about NOT hearing the alarm when this goes off, because this hockey puck jumps all over the place when the alarms goes off...Great design, in a nice sized package. If you're looking for a great alarm, that's easy to set, and that will wake you up, give this one a try..

It’s HARD to get me to stay awake when I wake up. Things will wake me up, but I fall right back asleep. I’ve used this twice and it’s such a rude awakening that I don’t fall back asleep, I get up. VERY strong vibration and sound. Easy to use, also like that there’s a military time option and brightness dimmer. I keep mine pretty dim so that the light doesn’t bother me. Also happy with the blue numbers, because red is such a crude, blinding color to have in your face while you’re trying to sleep. I bought this because I’m a college student and can’t afford to wake up late; we aren’t allowed to miss a day.

I previously ordered the projection alarm clock from this company and still have not tired of admiring the design. So when we needed one for the guest room and I came across another alarm clock by Mesqool I was done searching. This one share the exquisite black glass-like front display that makes you think the screen must be an AMOLED display. The LED time display is very crisp and clear. The brightness can be adjusted by a sliding dimmer control on the back. The snooze bar has a warm light that has 7 colors to choose from. This one also comes with the same powerful bed shaker alarm which is very effective. It needs 2 AAA batteries (not included) that are used as backup power so that the alarm clock never resets even during a power outage. It has USB ports in the back if you want to charge your phone from here instead of the usual wall plug. Overall, great buy and very much worth the money!

While I do like this clock, there are a few flaws... The design is very sleek and modern, and the numbers are easy to read! The pillow shaker function works perfectly, which was my main draw to the device seeing as I’m both hard of hearing and quite a heavy sleeper at times. However, I was a little disappointed to find that the USB ports on the back for connecting a phone charger to were a little tricky.Basically, whenever I wanted to use the night light AND charge my phone, the clock would “reset” to midnight as if the power went out, and I’d have to reset the time and my alarm. If I DON’T use the night light feature, it will consistently connect and disconnect quickly, and the numbers will flash once. I’m not sure why this is, maybe my phone is overloading the power in the clock or something?Customer service was very kind and courteous to me, and offered to send me a new unit. (I figured since I didn’t really see any reviews mentioning my specific issue that it was probably just a defective unit). However, the new unit did the same thing... This time it would reset even if I DIDN'T bother with the night light.Again, this may be an issue localized to me, maybe I was unlucky enough to receive the same defect in both clocks or maybe it really is my phone that’s the culprit. I still like the clock and the other features it provides, and I can always just plug in my phone to a wall brick, so I’d still recommend it! I’ll knock off a star only because it’s a feature that’s useless to me in my case, but other than that, it’s a great clock!

so yes this alarm clock works, but for this price, i would buy a different one with better design. it has a few issues that others at this pricepoint already have a solution for:1. you can only set 1 alarm per day: others allow you to set 2 for two people (or just if you need to wake up at two times)2. you can only snooze in intervals of 9 minutes: for heavy sleepers that is a long time. wish this could be variable especially since you can only set one alarm/day3. the "night light" is way too bright...it's closer to a reading light brightness: i thought this could replace my room night light but it is way too bright- won't use it4. you have to push a lot of buttons to set your alarm to a different time every day: you have to push once for every hour and minute increase.overall this clock works fine but those design changes would make it a better product overall.

Nice shape and cord lengths. Nice display and light on top easy for snooze.Instructions simple enough, but the clock is hard to set. When you follow the instructions, it only worked about once in 10 tries. For example, to set the minutes, you press the big button on top that says minutes. When I did that, the hour changed and about the 10th time, the minute finally changed.We never could get the bed shaker to shake. I think this one had loose wires inside or something. Some buttons didn't work at all and some changed things that weren't supposed to be connected to that button. I gave up.
