It isn’t listed. We use vitamin K in the hospital. I have used this in the hospital setting with very good results. The bleeds that we used thin on were catholic sites which bled after heart cathetrizatio.

What is a good non adherent dressing to use?

My husband for a while was on blood thinners and the tiniest little cut of any sort would make him bleed a lot. A doctor friend suggested this and it was just what we needed on a few occasions.
